I talked with the adjusters, and everything is falling under the fault of myself.
They hit me from behind, threaten to beat me up, I drive off (all because I drive off--it's all my fault), and they physically assault me still--yet...I am going to get stuck with fines, insurance payments, court costs, etc., etc.
I'm expecting to pay a few thousand for this. I'm not happy, and will have to quit college to get a 2nd full time job to cover the expenses.
And, because I quit college, I have to pay back the student loans which are getting me through there, which is another $3,000. I don't know what I'm going to do...
This isn't fair at all. I wish the courts wouldn't have to make decisions that ruin my life. They don't understand. Why can't they just give me fines, and a slap on the wrist?

Please bless Darrel with Your peace of mind, as well as some financial and judicial help, as he goes through this. It is so hard to understand why You are letting him go through all of this, but we know that you will NOT make him have to endure something that is too much for him to handle. Please show him that you are here for him, and will help him to keep on going through this tough time. Remind him that you have a future and a hope in store for him...one with a very happy ending! I don't know why you let us go through these things, but I know from your word that you have a plan and a purpose for everything that goes wrong in our lives. Why are you pleading guilty? It's THEIR fault if they hit you from behind, that's an automatic fault.. plus they physically assault you? DUDE PROTEST THIS PLEASE!!!!!!!!!
darrel i have to also agree with phil, please please fight this one. i know its all frustrating and discouraging, just think though you fight it you win it, and you are free of it! please darrel dont give this one up for lost ok!
