Can you please send a prayer my way? I'm going through such a bout of depression, and insomnia combined--it's screwing me up. I go through weeks of only sleeping 2-3 hours a night, and some nights not getting any sleep, and then all of a sudden I crash, and I sleep more than 24 hours, missing out on school work, tests, work, etc.
I'm scheduling an appointment for the doctor to get myself back on anti-depressants. Maybe that'll help things out.

I myself have gone back to taking an anti-depressant: seratraline. It is helping me with my depression and my sleeping problems. It is the generic version of Zoloft, which means that it's cheaper to afford. I find it much better than Zoloft!
Dear Heavenly Father,
Please help Darrel with his sleep and depression problems. He is going through a very rough time in his life. Be with him and give him the peace and rest that he needs. Bless him immensely. You have brought him through many trials, and You will bring him through this one, too. Thanks! For in Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.
