I can't even say enough about the man and his talent. The Walk the Line Soundtrack with Joaquin Phoenix & Reese Witherspoon got such bad reviews, but I liked it. The main complaint is that they don't live up to Johnny and June... but I mean... c'mon, who would?

When Teddy was about 12 he sang one of JC songs for a talent show. Here he was this little kid singing "Through the gates of the prison walk all kinds of men. There's young ones and old ones with a life full of sin." I would have LOVED to have seen that!!

Yeah, I keep wondering why every time Mike posts people keep welcoming him back. Where did he go?
Mike, you already know I adore Johnny Cash! He is amazingly talented and a fascinating human being. I'm sad that he's gone. But his music will live on forever. I though Reese and Joaquin did an amazing job portraying them as well as singing the music considering what they had to live up to!
