Yet another Goth event prayer request

Tomorrow is Freak Day Bowling II


I'm nervous! We're expecting 15 - 20 people or so, and it'd be the biggest goth event I've ever done! WOW


I pray that we do get people to come out, have fun and get to know each other and us


1) Pray that our core leadership group, all of us, talk to the other people, make an effort to talk to them


2) Pray that the Wilson Bridge closing will not prevent people from coming


3) Pray that the unsaved behave themselves as I told the alley that the group hosting this event is affiliated with a very prominent church (which is true of course)


4) Pray my car behaves itself


5) Pray that some of our leaders get better as they're sick and yet say they're still planning on being there

Dear Heavenly Father,


I ask you to bless Phil's gathering and make sure everything goes according to plan. Use Phil as a light in this dark world. Let the light of Your love shine through him and help to bring those around him that are lost in sin to a saving knowledge of Your GREAT LOVE for them! He wants to be used by You in such a great way, so empower him and give him wisdom throughout the day that will help him reach out to those that don't know Jesus. For in His name, I pray. Amen.
