hehe the recipe is, me being excited that there's a recipe forum isn't I wanted to post a recipe for my favourite sandwich but I couldn't really remember the specifics of the recipe cuz it's been a long time since I've made it. I love reading recipes though!!!
it's a grilled brie and apple sandwich on sourdough
you saute onions in a bit of apple juice until they're soft then butter the sour dough put the brie on the bread, along with the apple slices and onions. that's where it's foggy, i can't remember if you saute the apple slices or not. I think you don't, but i'm not sure. but anyway, then you grill it. it's so good. I've only ever made it once, i'm not sure why
ps: Mike, once you cook it, feel free to send some over. :)

Brie is a magical cheese with no flavor at all, and the texture of mucus. Often served at parties, it usually hardens to "booger" texture by the end of the party. Mmm brie..
Ok I can't fake it anymore; I don't really like brie very much.

I thought it was CSPAN...no? Or QVC...or HSN. Watching those hand models force America into buying those cubic zirconium laced bracelets...and having them rotate their palms...
I think that'd give them carpal tunnel...no?
Anyway, I'm gonna try that recipe...the one with the Pony. :)

if you put sugar in with the water, wouldn't it have a carmelized effect, and harden them up??
not sure if you've tried that. I'm too busy trying not to screw up Hamburger Helper...lol.
