I have been looking at who has been on and not posted for one reason or another. Yea I can see that from my desktop. Some may come to just check it out, (lurkers). Others just probably don't find anything that interests them. I think that we have some great conversations on the boards but I feel that they are like a group of people at a party carrying on a conversation and someone trys to join in. They feel awkward and not included so they go somewhere else.
All this to say that I am looking for ideas that would welcome and make newbies and lurkers feel like they belong and want to participate. What are ya'lls thoughts. What can we do to improve the TSA experience.
I want everyone to know that we appreciate and love everyone who is here, participating or not, we just want this site to grow and be a place where people want to hang out.
How about creating a page with links to gay Christianity, gay Christian articles, or links to bible study guides?
How about somewhere on the main page you put in a scripture and change it out weekly or daily? We all can submit our favorite scriptures so you won't have to worry about looking them up.
How about a page called All About Safe in the Shepherds Arms where a lurker or visitor and submit a question and read what we're all about.
That's all I have for now.......I'll think more about it over the weekend.

How about "recipes"? We can trade recipes with each other.
I also like Steve's idea! But I think that we shouldn't just have links to just "gay" Christian websites. We should have links to ALL of the "Christendom on the internet". There is nothing within Christ for the GLBT person to fear, so why should we just keep ourselves to the "pro-gay" parts of His church?
Wouldn't it be funny if "freaky Phelps" himself came to this website and saw that THIS website had more of CHRISTIANITY in it than on his own?
Been thinking about this, and I am having trouble coming up with something different and something to stir it up. Anyone else come up with anything?????
