being ignored

Good afternoon, everybody.

I must admit I am being irriated and frustrated over someone ignoring. Thankfully, I have been so busy to do much about it lately, but I do check my messages a few times a day to see if there has been any message. But I am not hung up on it since i am really busy lately, in fact I really need to rush out of the door now, but I just feel I need to ask for any suggestions/advise even though I know we can not expect people, but this is a very serious project so !!!! It just doesnt show any decorum or any respect.

But I have bit my lip and forgiven over and over but I needed to draw the line somewhere because it is really irriating me, so I sent an email last night and explained my position but so far it havent been picked up (I set the email alert to let me know when he has read it since we have the same server). The other thing I cant stand it is because I prefer to make a plan, and DO IT instead of standing around, talking about it, hearing excuses even though when someone actually ADMITS that it is known that it is *true*.

But it is just so irriating! I just hate to see the time wasting away and I am doing all I could do for this project which is pretty much 99% when it should be equal and he is taking some of the credit it seems. I have been trying to put the fire in the belly (ambition) and being a cheerleader and all of the positive stuff.

Fun I dont blame you if you gotten confused - welcome to my world of confusion.

Thanks

Chad

Hey Chad,

I'm a little confused!  But so much of what you say is so familiar!  You probably won't like my advice, but I'd say - walk away!  You've invested so much of your heart into this project and it doesn't sound like you've gotten anything back.  You can't force someone to be someone they are not, nor can you force them to feel the way you want them to.  Just trust God to work in this situation.

I'm praying for you!  I'm praying you find peace of mind & heart!

Aww. Sorry to know that you're being ingored, but let me to tell you....you rock! You have a big heart. And It bites that people don't respond back. Maybe they do read it, but not have time to respond it. But keep trying it. If not, just take Mama Lisa's advices.
