Soulforce Equality Riders

Dear Father,

Just as the apostles who brought your gospel were arrested for preaching the truth of your Son, Jesus, these dear children of yours have been placed under arrest for sharing the truth that your endless love is also given to those of us who are gay. Help them to get through this ordeal without anyone getting hurt. There are so many haters out there, Lord, who wish that we would just go away and die...help us to forgive them and show them Christ's love, even as they stone and persecute us. If these rider's hopes are beginning to fail, remind them of the wonderful reward that is waiting for those that testify to His truth and love. For in Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.

May God have mercy on Jerry Falwell...I know that he would NEVER say that about me!

I'm definately praying for the Equality Riders and have been since the start. I hope everything works out and that God watches over them. I'm glad they're doing what they doing, and proud of each of them, but I worry about them too.
