Just got back from Home Depot & the grocery store with Teddy.  That little bit of running around has worn me out.  I go back to work on Monday, but I can tell I won't be working full days for a while.  I have to keep reminding myself that my body has been through the wringer recently.  I want to be 100% plus right now!

It takes "baby" steps to get back to full health afteran operation. Don't push yourself and don't worry about work. If you want to help your recovery, just go for little walks through your backyard and then your neighborhood. This is what my mom done after she had her heart surgery.

And I'm still praying...

Based on a true story, the cable teleplay follows Griffith's search for answers to make sense of her son's life and his death eventually leading her to question her religious beliefs. As understanding comes, so does a new calling that transforms this mother into an outspoken activist for gay rights. Rhoda Charles

I am watching it right now...and crying my eyes out, because it's almost an exact bio of my life.
