So......I get up this morning and go to leave for work and lo and behold the tire I just had repaired on Sunday was almost flat! So I take it down to the local NTB store, again, and they proceed to tell me that the tire has a nail in an area that they won't repair. When I asked where the patch was they did Sunday they tried to tell me "it must have come off". I then asked them to show me the patch that came off........they couldn't. After arguing with an idiot at the counter, I finally got the manager involved and got my money back plus I made them remount the tire and mark where the hole is so I can repair it myself and put the spare on, all for free. I love winning an arguement! Let's hope the rest of the day goes a lot smooooother!
WOW Teddy you've already had a full day. Glad you won but don't it just erk you when you have to go thru something like this to get something righted. Bet when you bought the tires they didn't give you any static at all. Hope the rest of the day is a good one
