I would like to ask for prayers regarding two matters:
1.}my Mom goes to hospital this coming Sunday, June 23rd to prep for surgery the next morning. She has a "fistula"( a hole of some type) in the remains of her female organs and colon. If surgery goes as expected there should be no complications, on the other hand if tissue has been damaged or the repair is not easy--she may end up with a colostomy.

2.} as of today I have serious issues with Type 2 Diabetes and have been placed on a new medicine--Byetta administered by injection twice daily. Also as as a result of the higher sugar numbers -my blood pressure has taken a slight jump too. eek.gifeek.gif
I'll be having health care assistance and Diabetes management within the week.

Any + all prayers and words of encouragement will be greatly appreciated.

my dear SitSA Friends;
Today was a day that was chockful of anxiety & stress for me. eek.gifeek.gifeek.gif
Mom spent from around 7 AM to 3 PM in the operating room, Surgeon found 3-4 "unexpected" issues perplexed.gifperplexed.giffrown.giffrown.gif that drastically increased the severity of the operation and risk of some complications. She is in serious enough condition that she's in the ICU/CCU of the hospital.

I'm asking for MEGA Mega GCNpray1.gifGCNpray1.gifGCNpray1.gifGCNpray1.gifGCNpray1.gifprayers that my Mom will feel God's comforting, healing hands upon her from now till her recovery.

Praying for your mom and you, Jay. This sounds all too familiar to me. Just know that things will get better for the both of you. Keep being the cheerlearder for your mom and be strong for her. Take care of yourself as well.

Dear Heavenly Father,

Be with Jay's mom and help her get through this. It is so hard to see someone that you love have to undergo a lengthy and problematic time of illness. Send your angels to give love and support to Jay and his mom. Guide the doctors with your wisdom. Let your peace that passes all understanding reign through this hospital...especially in Jay's troubled heart and hurting spirit.
