Hey all! Today's been a great day so far! Had a small group meeting with a new group, and it went very well. I think I'm going to like that group.
And our hatchlings have become fledglings! (For those that haven't followed the Lett zoo recently, it means the last batch of baby birds have left the nest!) Yesterday, one of them had "flown" down behind the cockatiel's cage, and I was worried that he wouldn't be able to find his way home, so I got down on all fours and scooped him up in my hand. The whole time I was trying to catch him, mom & dad were dive bombing me! He was so tiny! I couldn't even feel him in my hand. Very cute.

lol, that sounds funny Lisa. I need to get a pet bird sometime...but Jake is terrified of them lol. Tomorrow is Valentines Day! I still have to go get Jake something tonight because I havent had any money...thanks to the bank still not sending me a new debit card after 2 weeks! I'm mad about it so I'm gonna call after class tomorrow and see whats up. Well...I have an exam tomorrow and I am so scared about it. I havent studied for it like I should have...so I will be cramming tonight. Well...I hope you all have a wonderful night. Love you all!!
