Good Morning All! I'm up early so I can head to the office and be there in time for a time management seminar!! I'm really excited! I love this guy that's running the seminar. So it should be a busy but good day!!

had breakfast with Ericka (coworker) Cory & Jesus (supers) this morning. Now hi-ho hi-ho, its off to work I go. Well Im already here but now i have stuff to do.
Well we got up early to swim a few laps before work, had a protien shake and of to work for the stupid morning meeting!
Yeah so last night we saw the Oprah about eating healthy and taking 5 difficult things out of your diet! Now Alan is all about it and Trying our hardest to stay on a 'healthy lifestyle' well we will see how long this will last.
Our dog Ripper went to the vet yesterday because he would not jump (by the way he is a jack russell). The Vet said that he had pulled a muscle and gave him a shot and told us to keep him from being too active. This morning he went up the stairs which he wouldn't do yesterday so he thinks he is feeling better but it is mostly because of the shot that the vet gave him. But he is supposed to be all better by the end of the week!
Hey everyone, work...work...work...that about sums it up for me. It's about to pour outside, so I'm glad to be in my little office, in my little world.
Korey, why would you want to give Ripper something to make him active again...enjoy the calm! jk glad he's doing better.
so yea, its raining and lighting and thundering.. times like this makes me wanna be in bed. My coworker and I just recently moved offices and we are now together in the back all by our lonesomes but anyway, right behind me are windows instead of walls and these windows are known for breaking.. SO.. lets hope they dont break.
Woke up this morning with a splitting headache, took a handful of advil and tylenol. Then went to work, was in a fog for half my shift, yuck. Overall not a bad day.
relaxing tonight. gunna do some laundry.
