Please pray for Teddy's mom, Evelyn. Her divuticulitis is back, and she developed a bad case of hives. Teddy took her to the doctor this morning for the stomach stuff, and while she was there, he gave her a steroid shot for the hives. She had a bad reaction to it and passed out in the hallway outside of his office. The doctor took her immediately to the emergency room. They admitted her this evening. Hopefully, the hives will be gone by tomorrow - she was on Benadryl (?) every 4 hours when we left. And hopefully she caught the divuticulitis before it got too bad. Last time meant 8 days in the hospital, and 4 or 5 days with nothing to eat or drink! She could have ice chips, but had to spit out the water!!!
My computer took a dump the other day so I may not be around much for the next couple of days. Please keep our entire family in your prayers. (Not sure what one sentence had to do with the other one!!)
I keep thinking about the poster I've seen that says, "God doesn't give me anymore than I can handle... I just wish He didn't trust me so much!" We are about at the end of our rope!!!
I will be in prayer for your family. I am so sorry to hear of all the troubles that your family has endured this holiday season. May 2007 bring you peace and joy.

I want to thank all of you for your concern and prayers. I am not very brave about having this surgery so please keep me in your prayers. I know God will be there for me but it is hard not to be scared.
Teddy and Lisa have had more then their share of working and trying to keep up with me. Also - Lisa has had to go thru the death of her father and that is rough. He was a wonderful man. It rubbed off on Lisa and she and Ted are one of a kind. They have been so very good to me. I thank God for them every night and day...

I'm praying the surgery goes in your favor! You and your family deserve nothing but the best. I'm so sorry everybody is going through such a difficult time. Even in our darkest of days, the Lord is with us.
It is with Him, who we must cast our woes, ya know? Shout to the Lord, for he listens. He may not give us the answers which we seek; however, He's there.
Keep the faith, and keep on being strong. :)
God bless. Darrel
