Substandard building on purpose

Have you ever heard about people that not only build substandard, defective or downright broken items (cars, computers, houses, software, furniture, etc.), and, believe it or not, do so on purpose, in order to get people to come back to them for repairs and milk more money from them?

I was literally taught this in school years ago that this is what programmers do: that they build substandard programs and software, the end user (you) get frustrated and then you keep coming back to them for more work and more work and they get more money and more money?

I'm dealing with a programmer right now that seems to be doing just that; I am fixing mistakes he's making that are incredibly obvious and downright dangerous to implement live and yet he seems too preoccupied to fix them himself, furthermore, he gets angry with me if I do fix his goofups and tells me he is going to fix them "in future versions".

What do you think of this?

Phil

I would like to draw attention to the fact that the software enables us to complete the duties we have established, which has a positive impact on the product and the clients, making it crucial to maintain it updated. And with the aid of https://downloadfileonline.com/, you may download Windows programs that will enable you to keep your operational apps current. A broad list of supported apps is another feature of Keygen, which gives you a significant competitive advantage.
