Thanks Mama Lisa. My re-financing is in he final stretch, and although I will be paying about $60.00 more it is now a fixed loan. Sadly my property did not appraise for enough, and thus two loans, but the primary loan is assumable, and the secondary loan can be paid off without too much of a stretch. Appreciate your remembering me here in SoCal.
I only ask for prayers for traveling mercies as I go to Atlanta next week for a Claims Convention, safe trip and that I learn something that will help me in my job.

Yesterday was such a rough day at work that I almost quit my job. Thankfully, I hung in there and got the job done. I can feel you guys praying for me each day that I go to work.
Also, this book, "Depression for Dummies", I have to say, is giving me new techniques and strategies for overcoming my depression. With winter coming on, I can feel some of my old "moodiness" coming back to haunt me, so I am definitely THANKFUL for all of the prayers that you guys are saying for me, and for my family.
Rebecca just got back from a check-up about her throat. The doctor said that she is doing MUCH BETTER now that the trake is in the RIGHT place, and that everything looks okay for next month's operation to have it removed.
