ps: Can you pray for me? I'm going through quite a bad depression, due to this. For the past year, I've been watching people with less seniority get promoted above me--and there's absolutely nothing I can do about it. I need proof that I'm being singled out...and I have nothing. Bleh. Everybody tells me to leave to another job--there is not any other jobs that offer this kind of $$$$ with my experience in this entire state.
Just pray for me.
Thanks all. It means a lot to me.

Oh, Darrel! I'm so sorry! What happened? Did they tell you you got it, and then take it away? I know you were really hoping for the promotion because it would have made school easier. By the way, how is school?
Praying for you!!

Be yourself!!! Don't try to fit into someone else's mold, you won't fit!!! And that just leads to utter misery!!! Live life to it's fullest in Christ's love every day!!!
Please bless Darrel as he copes with this. Give him another opportunity so he can be able to have a means to better his future. Help him with school and make sure that everything there goes much better. Let him have joy as he continues to grow in Your will and show him how much You love him. Let him know that he will get through all of this even BETTER than he was before. For in Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.
I hope that you get a promotion, soon! BIG HUGS right back at ya!
Um, wait.. they tell you they gave you the promotion, then suddenly they tell you you don't have it?
Ok, I'd pray (as we will), then next thing you go march straight over to your boss and demand to know the reason for the promotion withdrawal. Was the promotion promised in writing; if so, someone needs to go to HR and file a complaint.
They can't give you a promotion and "demote" you at the same time without valid reasons behind it.
