Did anyone see Oprah today? She had Jim McGreevey on, the former governor of New Jersey who is gay. It was an awesome show. Jim McGreevey is now on my list of heroes!!
His book comes out today called "The Confession". That will be my next book purchase. Along with "Here's What We'll Say: A Memoir of Growing Up, Coming Out, and the U.S. Air Force" by Reichen Lehmkuhl.
I'm so proud of Alan coming out young & not fighting that battle for so many years!

Good point. But she was very strong during is public outing! On Oprah, he spoke in favor of gay marriage and for parents to support their gay children. It was very good.

I've started reading Jim McGreevey's book. He's an excellent writer and is really expressing what I'm sure a lot of gay young people have thought & felt. You can't help but like him.
