Washing Machine Cleansing

To all those who own a washing machine, whether it be top-loading, or front-loading, I have a question!

Well, I have a front-loader. My clothes are beginning to smell kinda moldy immediately after washing them.

What can I do? Are there any cleaners I could buy, or home remedies that might take care of the problem, and possibly cleanse the inside of the machine without damaging it?

I've researched it on the internet; however, I still don't know if what I have read is safe enough to actually make happen.

Thanks for any/all advice I get...it's appreciated!!!

God bless!
Darrel

I don't know the answer to your question, but I would think you could wash some old towels or sheets with some bleach to get rid of the smell.  Then I would run the load again without bleach just to make sure you get rid of all of it.  I've used bleach before on one load, then had bleached out stains on things I washed next.

What does the Internet say to do?
