For me it's TSA, GCN, and Friendster. But Friendster is more to connect with friends I knew in the past, rather than making new friends.

For me it is TSA followed by GCN.

I should perhaps be more specific.  I mean websites where the people you meet online are local, and you have the opporunity to make friends with them offline.
