1 cup rice 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of celery soup several boneless, skinless chicken breasts (4-6 depending on size) 1/2 packet onion soup mix (optional curry powder / ground mustard seed)
Preheat oven to 350 In a large (9x13 or so) casserole dish, mix together rice, mushroom and celery soup, and one can of water. (Optional- add a dash of curry powder or dry mustard.) Stir until somewhat blended together. Lay chicken breasts on top of this mixture. No need to push them down, just leave them on top. Sprinkle the chicken with the onion soup mix. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and put it in the oven. Bake at 350 for 2 1/2 hours. Don't peek!!
