Try this for a yummy chicken dish. Relatively easy to make, but oh so yummy. (at least my boyfriend says so)
Fresh chicken breast, boneless (for however many servings you are preparing)
Large onion
Mushrooms (fresh)
Butter
Salt
Pepper
1/4 cup of White Zifendal
Shredded monzarella
Slice mushrooms into desired size. Chop onion into small pieces.
Pan fry the chicken breast until lightly browned and the juices run clear.
While the chicken is cooking, saute mushrooms and onions in butter, salt and pepper lightly, until tender and slightly carmalized. Add wine to mushroom and onions and reduce for about 5 minutes. Add chicken breasts to mushrooms and onions and cook for about 5 more minutes.
Remove chicken to serving plate, cover with mushrooms and onions, then liberally cover this with shredded cheese. Place under broiler until the cheese is melted and slightly browned.
Serve with a fresh vege and rice for a mmm-mmm good meal.

I never put those things ( mushrooms ) in anything. If a recipe calls for them I just ignore it. and continu on with the recipe. Can't taste any difference except I don't have to put up with those slimmy things.
Just leave the mushrooms out Papa, the onions are the essential element of this recipe. Either way it is delicious.

lol i don't mind mushrooms, once i get over the fungal aspects. tips store them in a brown paper bag, clean them with a slightly damp paper towel, cleaning them with lots of water make them more slimey. when you're sauteing salt them to help draw out the water.
