Why are there so many other "virgin births" from other religions prior to Jesus being born?  Apparently virgin births were quite common up until the advancement of medicine and science.  How would you explain it to someone who asks?  Most people from back then hadn't heard about the other myths/virgin births, so wouldn't think to ask.
