Didn't sleep worth a flip last night but I'm up now so I'm going to go to work "early" (I might actually be on time today) then come home early & take a nap. We have the big dinner at Ninfa's with my siblings & kids tonight.

Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas :P
Funny story, well two. 1) I wrote on a work board that I would bring Green chicken enchiladas for the potluck lunch and Jonathan (chines guys) corrected my spelling of enchiladas LOL that was so funny to me. 2) My ex-roommate told me one day he would be making black chicken. I was thinking a black pepper sauce or something similar little did I know that there is such a thing as black chicken (even the meet is black), my first comment was "what did you do to the poor chicken" followed by "I don't think I can eat this".
