Besides the American Diabetic Association, does anyone know where to get some quick, cheap, easy recipes??? 

*sigh*  This is a very hard transition for me!  I used to be a microwave-all bachelor type person--but, now I have to use my bakeware, and I'm going Hallllllp!!!!!!  aww

Have you tried looking for diabetic cookbooks at your local library? We've found some good ones when my mom was diagnosed with type 2.

Thanks!  I am type 1.  :( 

I will check those websites out when I get back from English!  Have to go stab myself in the stomach for lunch.  ;) 

Haven't been to the library, yet.  But, I have a week off of work--so, that's something that I plan to do!
