Side "B" Gays : Luke 23:28-31

Luke 23: 28-31
28 But Jesus turning unto them said, Daughters of Jerusalem, weep not for me, but weep for yourselves, and for your children.
29 For, behold, the days are coming, in the which they shall say, Blessed are the barren, and the wombs that never bare, and the paps which never gave suck.
30 Then shall they begin to say to the mountains, Fall on us; and to the hills, Cover us.
31 For if they do these things in a green tree, what shall be done in the dry?

This portion of scripture has always fascinated me since hearing of the side "B" gays. Those who forsake sexual relations for the Lord. Those who wake up every day and put their wants and desires on hold for the sake of the Lord.
Those who may be making a greater sacrifice than many straight Christians as they hate their life day by day and seek only to do the Lord's will.
The word of God says the mountains and little hills shall bring forth peace by righteousness. That peace the Lord said would not be as the world gives. It would be the council of peace from the wrath of God brought forth by him who Isaiah called Wonderful, Counseller, The Everlasting Father, The Mighty God and The Prince Of Peace.
Many are calling to Christians and churches to cover them but are not desiring the true word of God. As Isaiah said, seven women shall take hold of one man and say let us be called by thy name but let us be clothed with our own raiment and eat our own bread.
They want that one man, Christ to allow them to beclothed with "their" righteousness and eat "their" bread, or word. Not his. And that is what will seperate the sheep from the goats and the wheat from the chaff.
Those seven women, or gentile churches are not laying the word of God to heart. They cast stones at anything "they" think isn't clean!
Isaiah 56 shows us that there are those eunuchs that choose what the Lord delights in. We can see them in Esther as that keeper of the women that gave Esther only that which pleased the king. Those who are trying to be led by the Spirit.
  Verses 4&5 show us:

4 For thus saith the LORD unto the eunuchs that keep my sabbaths, and choose the things that please me, and take hold of my covenant;
5 Even unto them will I give in mine house and within my walls a place and a name better than of sons and of daughters: I will give them an everlasting name, that shall not be cut off.

There are those eunuchs that are giving people what they want to hear and those who are giving people what the Lord desires.
It is those who desire what pleases the lord that should not call themselves a dry tree.
Those dry trees are dead. They may have attempted to come out of this world but still cling to that which pleases themselves. As eunuchs that have had their old word, or lineage removed by attempting to follow Jesus they have become a dry tree. The Lord gave us an example with the man that wanted to go back and bury his father before following him. He said let the dead bury their own dead. And that's just what many churches are doing today. They cast stones at the side "B" gay while doing nothing more than sealing their own in their sepulchres of sin.
Those eunuchs that desire the sincere and rightly divided word of truth and strive day after day to follow Jesus and please him at a cost of their own happiness and joy have the joy of the Lord within their hearts. They may not go around with a fake grin on their faces every day but they know him in whom they believe and are persuaded that he can keep the which they have committed unto him against that day.
That day in which there shall come a great falling away as the spirit of anti-christ is sitting in the hearts of those who have made themselves images to the beast and think that God likes what they like and thinks what they think.
The Lord said his ways are not our way and his thoughts are not our thoughts. His ways are higher than our ways and his thoughts are higher than our thoughts. Those of side "B" who strive day after day to please the Lord have that joy that the dead have not.
They are those eunuchs that shall have a name and a place not cut off. When the great falling away takes place all around them they have a promise to cling to. They have a husband and a marital name that will not be removed. They have a mansion in the heavens that is eternal and reserved for them that many straight people will never see.
Howbeit in vain do some worship the Lord. Then they take what they have learned and lash out at them who are more righteous than they. They cast stones at those who give a more honourable sacrifice. Those who have presented their bodies a living sacrifice day after day!
The word of God says that the Lord will take the wise in their own craftiness. The Jews awaited a great king and didn't recognize the meek carpenter's son.
The seven Gentile churches are awaiting "buddy Jesus" and will be greeted by a Great King, His Son and the angels that will gather the flock of God and destroy all who dared trample the precious blood of Christ underfoot!
And that includes straight Christians that think they are better than others!

  May God bless,
  Tiff
