A poll for a book or two

I am just seeking some input on two books I am wanting to write as time permits. I don't really want to write them if they are trash.

The first book is about a small town in which wealthy women buy up all the residences and gradually convert the town into one with an all female city council, police force and business owners. Because they are all men haters they turn it into the opposite of the middle eastern harem societies. The men are in the harems and the women have all the rights and freedoms.

The second book is about life as a male to female transgender. The thoughts, emotions, trials and tribulations of day to day life as the decisions and aspects of day to day life that so many take for granted are one nightmare after another.

I'd read either one!  Especially the second one.

The first book sounds like a B-movie that I saw on the Sci-Fi Channel once about how womankind made mankind extinct.

The second book sounds better and will probably help other people who are facing issues of gender identity.

I believe that I will write the first book as a book. The second one I'll write in a blog form on the new site.
The reason I've decided to do that is because my personal pet peeve is when people are too lazy to work for a living they write a book and make a buck off Jesus. Half of these people "enlightening " others should just get a job.
If I write the first one as a book people would have to buy it and it would supplement my income from my primary job. That is, when the doctor releases me and I go back to work myself.
If the second one is written with each chapter being an entry in blog form anyone can read it for free.
Then all I have to do is transfer it to my website when I get it ready.
I just don't like the idea of selling my relationship with the Lord after all he's brought me through.
Thank you for the input.
May God bless.
Tiff
