Don't feel so good today. Give me a penny and I'll stay home from work! I talked to my doctor on Friday about still not sleeping, and we came up with a new plan. That worked GREAT Friday & Saturday night, but I woke up feeling tired & groggy - not rested. So last night I made a slight adjustment. That was a mistake. I barely slept at all. I tossed & turned for hours. So now I feel like crap.
