We've been waking up to fresh snow each morning for the past few days- HOORAY!! It's very unusual for us to get snow before Christmas.
I've never understood why people hate the snow. In winter, it's cold and dark. When there's no snow, the trees are bare, the ground is wet, the grass is brown, and everything just stays looking dark and dismal all day. When there IS snow, the trees sparkle, everything shines even when the clouds cover the sun- everything radiates silvery light. The air is clean and dry- no humidity to worry about!
Snow is beautiful. It makes sense to me.
