really appreciate all prayers and loving, healing energy sent my way... I am having arthroscopic knee surgery in the morning 7 a.m. for prep and 8 a.m. surgery... should be over by 8:30 if it starts on time and I should be out of recovery on my way home with my ride by 9:45 a.m.

Hoping for a very speedy recovery, I need to lead a Planning Council applicant Interview Wednesday night before Planning Council...

The biggest challenge will be climbing up and going down the stairs... but I am praying for a miracle... that it is going to be a easy as my Doctor says...

Dear Heavenly Father,

Please be with Jerry as he heals from this operation. Let there be a quick and speedy healing with no complications to deal with. He is very tired and needs support and rest. Send your "ministering spirits" to aide him through this trial of physical suffering. May your grace be upon him and see him through. For in Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.

thanks everyone... I have been so nauseous and went from throwing up to diarrhea...

Luckily not much pain... cause I can't take the pain medicine... cause it causes me to be even more sick on my stomach... I am really weak from not eating and dehydration... but I will be better... I am better tomorrow, I am supposed to chair a Planning Council Membership committee meeting and then had several motions to introduce at Planning Council... Please pray I can make it through that... and get out of the bathroom long enough.

Make sure that you drink plenty of Gatorade and eat lots of cheese and crackers. I find that doing this helps your digestion best after surgery.
