Does anyone have any idea's on how to increase membership at church?  Specifically, my church.  They passed out a survey and one of the questions is how do we increase membership?  They already have a bar ministry, which doesn't seem to be working because I never see anyone come in from the bar.  Not to say they haven't planted seeds, but you know what I mean.  I'm trying to think outside the box and we are a very gay friendly church since all of the members are gay and lesbian. 

I just don't know how to go about reaching those like us who don't know about the church who are longing for Christian fellowship.  If anyone has any idea's, please feel free to share them with me.
