Thomas stick with Italian and... it is latin based... BECAUSE... even though no one speaks latin... YOU WILL BE WAY ahead of your CLASS in nursing if you LEARN LATIN... for reading it.... because some docs still write Prescriptions in latin... silly doctor's those are the ones that try to show off... or too lazy to write it long hand... of course my doctors don't write Rx's anymore... they use laptops and type them and transmit them to the Pharmacy from the room before they finish the visit with me... OF the marvels of modern technology... I took 2 semesters of Latin for Pre-law... but You will no doubt have to have a couple for nursing... Good for you Thomas... that is great how you keep stretching your brain cells...
I wished I would kick my butt into gear and just learn Spanish... America's unofficial Second language.... :( cause I studied French in High school. Hugs, Jerry
