Yeah, God's raining something down on us, but it ain't sunshine!  The courtyard outside of my part of the building is a LAKE!!

lol,i heard about the weather there in Texas. I'm so sorry. It's reeeeally hot here and no rain. It sucks. Well...today I stayed in bed all day...not sleeping,I just didn't feel good. Well...I hope everyone had a great day. Night!!

Hey, yall!!!!   Had a rough day at work today.  Had the most difficult patient to work with and I came home completely drained.  Happens sometimes, you give so much of yourself that you have nothing left.  Crashed when I got home, John said I just "dead to the world" when he came to check on me.  Woke up refreshed, and able to spend time eith my love, rejuvenating me even more!!!!  Am now cooking some fried chicken, mashed taters, and snow peas!!!  Anyone hungry?

Nope, egg wash, flour/spice mixture, fried till golden brown, the in a 250 degree oven for about 20 minutes to ensure that the meat is cooked through, yet juicy.
