Hey everyone, I'm new here and started because a friend told me about it. Well...I'm not sure what to write. I'm hoping this will be a good place for support...it looks like it will be. I'm very christian and love God with all my heart. Sometimes it's hard to be a christian here because all my friends have given up thier morals to do the things they want to do. Frankly, I believe all things you do...you should have God in mind. I know we all make mistakes...but I don't like to do them on purpose . Anyways,lol...sorry. I'm 19 years old and I live in Tennessee. I have lived here since I was 3 years old. I moved from Huntsville,AL. I was brought up Methodist...but do not believe in the sprinkling part, lol. I love life most of the time...and I love to help others! I'm currently enrolled to go to a nursing school called The Lowenburg School of Nursing at the University of Memphis. I hope to have a great time in college...and I'm not sure what else to say. I'm a fun person to talk to...and I will not make fun of or reject anyone as a friend. God made us all...and we are all here to help one another. Hope to hear from everyone!
Glad you decided to say hello. I was just sending Lisa a message telling her how glad I am to have met them, I have always thought of my self as different and not normal because I am gay and Christian, so being able to meet and chat with people that are in the same boat as I has been a blessing. There are some great people on here, specially Ted and Lisa. Congratulations on your move to nursing school! Even though I am glad to say I will never have to take an organic chemistry test again, I had a great time in college, I'm sure you will to.

I am SOOOO glad that you've joined us here! I hope that you will add to our wonderful discussions here. We could use the input.
I, too, know what it's like to be gay and try to follow after God, yet feeling like a complete "self-loather" because you won't compromise your beliefs and morals. It's hard. But I want you to know that you can come here at ANY time and talk with us about ANYTHING. NOTHING is too "shameful" or "controversial" to talk about here at TSA. We even have a chat room that you can come to any night around 10 PM and USUALLY find one of us there. If not, just start up a thread in a "members only" area, or just send MamaLisa or PapaBear or any one of us a private message and we'll get back to you!

Welcome, Tomas! Ditto what everyone said. Except the chat room part! It died a slow, peaceful death. Peaceful to the point that no one was using it so we didn't renew it! At least, I don't think anyone was using it... Oh, no! What have I done??
Just kidding. Except about the no chat room part. What was I talking about?
Oh yeah, jump right in! We self moderate here, so unless you are making fun of me, you can pretty much say what you want about anything.
