Houston's PRIDE Parade is next Sunday, so I thought this would be a good time to start thread where we can post pictures from whatever PRIDE event we attend. Alan is performing on the main stage at the PRIDE Idol competition (not as a participate, but as one of the attractions!) prior to the actual parade. The pictures below are from his performance at the PRIDE Kick-Off party at the Houston Museum of Natural Science.
Houston PRIDE was yesterday, and it was a lot of fun! It rained steadily from about 3:30 on but that didn't stop the festivities. We didn't stay for the parade, but we did get to see our friend Josh Duffy perform, then got to see Alan perform. Both were great.
These pictures show one of the first things I noticed as we drove up the the festival site. I thought this was funny.
These pictures are of Amy's & her friends. One of her friends got called up on stage before Josh was supposed to come out (rain ended up delaying everything) and she & two other girls were supposed to dance the "gayest" dance. Amy's friend is not gay.
This is me, hot & rained upon! Notice my shirt. Oh, and notice the booth behind me. That's where I won a video I'm kind of afraid to watch and a catalog of gay porn movies! What a prize!!
Hey there!! So how did it go handing out all your cards?? I am sorry I missed the festival portion. I had to go to my roommate's sisters' birthday party! I was thinking about you at the parade though.
Great shirt Lisa. I didn't have a chance to stop by the festival all day. My boss has been out of town and I leave early next week so we where talking about a new project, yes on a Saturday night, I am I a nerd or what. Its not even funny just sad :(
