Communicating through email is difficult. On one hand, you might feel free to say way more in an email than you would in person. But on the other hand, understanding the intent behind your words can be subjective to so many things. Since we all live so far apart, the telephone may be the next best thing.
I would like to keep a directory with the phone numbers and addresses of each of the members, if you would be willing to share that information. It is not required, and will in no way influence my "moderation" if you choose to not give out any info. This is something that only Teddy & I would have access to, and it would not be shared with any other members. (Sharing that information among yourselves is fine.)
If you want to share your information with me, I will guard it well. I would only use it if I thought a member was in trouble or needed some encouragement beyond an email. You can share as little or as much as you'd like. Just send it to me in an email or PM.
We pay for unlimited long distance each month on our phones, so I might as well get my money's worth! It's the same cost if I make one call or 100!
