New job on the horizon

After a lot of stress worrying about this, I have decided to quit my job.  I'm spending $200+ a month in gas, and at least 10 hours a week commuting to my job.  If I was making really good money and had some benefits, I might consider toughing it out.  But that's just not the case.  So, back to Monster.com and praying for God to open some doors.  And for God to keep me from missing the doors he does open!!

I wouldn't get my feelings hurt if you wanted to pray for me!!smile

God is good!  I was able to change my hours at work (3 full days instead of 5 partial days) which almost cuts my gas and travel time in half, and allows me to keep the job I really love.  AND there is a possibility of a great opportunity (through my current boss) to work at home the other days.

When I prayed about this, I asked God to make the path obvious.  The way things have played out lets me know that this is the right way to go.

Please keep praying for the at-home job.  That would be awesome!

Just read your initial request, am praying, and am glad to hear of the great news thus far.
